We celebrate a genocide of the Native American’s by trying to run turkeys into extinction all in one day.
Why do we do these things?
Hey.. I’m part indian. Two different tribes. AND I LOVE TURKEY DAY.
Mostly because we never have any food in the house unless it’s a holiday.
I think it’s totally fucked up how it got started. And had it not been based on lies and empty promises it’d be a lot better.
But I can’t change what they did. So I’m going to enjoy making myself fifteen pounds heavier today.
